Phaedra's Love by Sarah Kane

Phaedra's Love is a modern adaptation of Seneca's Phaedra, and explores the brutality of love, nihilism, and depression through an affair between a queen and her stepson, Hippolytus. This production emphasized the oppressive and volatile environment created by Hippolytus' depression and cruelty.
